The Lead: On Wednesday, the Roanoke women's tennis team traveled to top ranked Washington and Lee for the quarterfinal round of the 2022 Old Dominion athletic Conference (ODAC) Women's Tennis Championships. The Maroons would come into the match short-handed, having to give the Generals #3 doubles and #6 singles. The 18th ranked Generals would sweep the remaining doubles points and when they picked up a win at #5 singles, the remainder of the matches went unfinished, Washington and Lee had eliminated the Maroons from the tournament.
