RC Volleyball Advances to ODAC Semifinals With a 3-1 Win Over Shenandoah

The Lead: The Roanoke College Volleyball team advanced to the semifinals of the 2015 ODAC Tournament with a 3-1 victory over Shenandoah Wednesday night.

How it Happened:

  • Allison White and Kylah Blackmore each had 10 kills for RC and Sydney Danieladded nine.
  • Jessica Block had 38 assists to go along with 14 digs and a pair of aces.
  • Christen Zammit and Alexandra Martin had 16 and 15 digs, respectively in the win.
  • The win gave RC its 22nd victory of the season which is the most for the program since it won 24 games in 2008.
  • The Maroons advance to play top-seeded Randolph-Macon in Ashland on Saturday at a time to be determined.
