Two Ties Shape Top Four Seeds
FOREST, Va. --- Two teams tied for both the first and third positions in the final conference men's tennis standings, shaping the top of the eight-team field for the upcoming ODAC Men's Tennis Tournament. Washington and Lee University earned top billing thru a head-to-head tiebreaker with second-seeded Guilford College.
The remaining tie was also settled via head-to-head results. Hampden-Sydney College's 8-1 win over Virginia Wesleyan University on Saturday proved the separating factor between the two squads with the Tigers earning the third seed and the Marlins taking up fourth position.
