Lynchburg's women's team donned its fourth straight league crown with 181.0 points. The Hornets out-paced second place Washington and Lee University (130.0) and third place Roanoke (106.50), both of which eclipsed 100 total points. Lynchburg's men made it two straight ODAC titles with 169.0 points. It was the lone school to crack the century mark with Bridgewater College posting 98.0 marks and W&L chiming in third with 95.50 tallies.
The Hornets have now won an ODAC-record 30 men's trophies. They also own the most women's championships with a baker's dozen (13) following this weekend's affair.
In addition to the team titles, the ODAC announced the winners of the ODAC/Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar-Athlete awards. Washington and Lee standouts were the recipients of those awards with mid-distance runners Parker Hawk and Zach Moore collecting the plaques.
The ODAC's remaining slate of indoor track & field awards will be announced later this week following a vote of the league's head coaches.
