Hornets Win ODAC Men's Soccer Title
Lynchburg scored three times in the second half to come back from a 1-0 first half deficit to defeat Roanoke, 3-1, in Lynchburg on Saturday afternoon. The Hornets earn the ODAC's automatic qualifier into the NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Tournament.

ODAC Men's Soccer Finals Set
The ODAC men’s soccer semifinals featured a come-from-behind win, a new ODAC career record and penalty kicks in determining the two teams that will play in the 2009 ODAC Men’s Soccer Tournament championship game. Lynchburg College scored twice in the second half to defeat Hampden-Sydney College, 2-1, in Hampden-Sydney. Roanoke College advanced 4-2 on penalty kicks at Virginia Wesleyan College after the two squads battled to a 1-1 tie through 110 minutes of play.

Record-Breaking Tigers Advance to ODAC Semifinals
The Hampden-Sydney soccer team knocked off the Generals of Washington & Lee University today by a score of 3-0 to advance to the ODAC semifinals. With the win, the Tigers' record improves to 16-3-0, which is the most wins ever for a Hampden-Sydney soccer team. It was also the Tigers' remarkable 11th shutout of the season which also sets a new school record.

ODAC Men's Soccer Pairings Set
Virginia Wesleyan College enters the ODAC Men’s Soccer Tournament as the top seed with the chance to host games through the ODAC finals. Hampden-Sydney College earned the second seed while Lynchburg College and Roanoke College round out the top four, sequentially. The top four teams are separated by a total of four points in the standings.
