Lynchburg Enters as Top Seed
FOREST, Va. ---
Lynchburg College enters the 2010 ODAC Men’s Soccer
Tournament as the top seed with the chance to host games through
the ODAC finals. Roanoke College earned the second seed while
Virginia Wesleyan College and Randolph College round out the top
four, sequentially. The top four teams are separated by a
total of eight points in the standings.
Guilford College and Washington and Lee University sit fifth and
sixth with four points separating them in the league tables.
Hampden-Sydney College will play out of the seventh position, while
Randolph-Macon College occupies the eighth seed to complete the
eight-team field.
ODAC tournament action begins Saturday, October 30, with four
quarterfinal matchups to be played at the highest four seeds.
The winners will play Wednesday, November 3, at the two highest
remaining seeds. The ODAC Championship will take place on
Saturday, November 6, on the campus of the remaining highest
seed.
