Randolph Secures Top Seed for First Time

FOREST, Va. --- Randolph College won its first ODAC men's soccer title in 2011 as the fourth seed.  In 2013, the WildCats look to scratch out there second crown from the top position as they secured the #1 seed in the upcoming ODAC Men's Soccer Tournament.  Virginia Wesleyan College locked up the second seed with its win on Wednesday evening.  Joining Randolph and VWC as quarterfinal hosts are third-seeded Lynchburg College and #4 Washington and Lee University.

The Generals welcome fifth-seeded Hampden-Sydney College to Lexington for their first round clash on Saturday.  Roanoke College, which secured the sixth seed via head-to-head tiebreakers with Bridgewater College, makes the trip to Lynchburg.  As the seventh seed, the Eagles head across I-64 to Virginia Wesleyan, while eighth-seeded Guilford College meets up with Randolph.

ODAC tournament action begins Saturday, November 2, with four quarterfinal matchups to be played at the highest four seeds.  The winners will play Wednesday, November 6, at the two highest remaining seeds.  The ODAC Championship will take place on Saturday, November 9, on the campus of the remaining highest seed.  Game times have yet to be announced.
