Emily Hageboeck lived up to her All-American background as she won three individual events and aided two relay victories on the way to repeating as ODAC Women's Swimmer of the Meet. She also doubled up as the ODAC/Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar-Athlete for women's swimming for the second straight year. Hageboeck set ODAC overall and championship records in the finals of the 400-yard IM and 200-yard breaststroke in addition to setting both records in the 100-yard breastroke prelims. She went on to win that event in the finals. She eclipsed the NCAA Division III "B" cut qualifying standard in each of those events in addition to helping W&L do the same in both the 200-yard and 400-yard medley relays.

First-year teammate Caroline Baber was also impressive on the way to ODAC Rookie of the Meet laurels. She won the 200-yard IM and helped W&L claim the 200-yard and 400-yard freestyle relays as well as the 200-yard medley relay. The Generals eclipsed the NCAA B cut mark in each. Baber set the ODAC championship record in the 200-IM prelims (2:05.77) as well as the 400-IM prelims (4:30.28). She would have done it again in the 400-IM finals at 4:29.92, but Hageboeck won that edition of the race.

Randolph-Macon College mentor Brent Kintzer earned ODAC Women's Swimming Coach of the Year honors in a vote of his peers. Roanoke College's Scott Thacker earn the same honor for men's swimming.

Patrick Sullivan completed the Generals' second straight sweep of ODAC top swimmer awards as he earned ODAC Swimmer of the Meet recognition. Sullivan won the 100-yard, 200-yard, and 500-yard freestyle events in addition to helping W&L claim titles in the 200-yard and 400-yard freestyle relays and 200-yard and 400-yard medley relays. Sullivan eclipsed the NCAA B cut in both the 100-yard and 200-yard freestyles.

Roanoke's Connor Kinkema took home ODAC Rookie of the Meet accolades. He won the 400-yard IM as well as the 100-yard and 200-yard breaststroke events. He set the ODAC overall and championship records in both those events and eclipsed the NCAA B cut in the 200-breaststroke. His 100-breaststroke records in the finals came after setting both overall and championship marks in the prelims for that event.

Washington and Lee's Danny Lynch rounded out the major award winners as the ODAC/Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar-Athlete for men's swimming. In addition to that honor, he won the 200-yard IM and 100-yard backstroke. He also helped W&L win the 200-yard and 400-yard medley relays.
