ODAC Announces All-ODAC Swimming Awards
ODAC swimmers reset or tied 23 different records over the course of four days during the ODAC Swimming Championships at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. Honoring those performances is the announcement of the 2023 All-ODAC Swimming Awards.

W&L Lifts Two ODAC Swimming Trophies for the Second Straight Season
Two trophies, 12 overall and/or championship records, and 14 NCAA "B" cut qualifying times greeted ODAC swimming fans over the past four days in the Greensboro Aquatic Center at the 2023 ODAC Swimming Championships. Washington and Lee University took up position in its very familiar perch atop the winners platform after claiming both team titles for the second straight year. The Generals boast ODAC records of 32 women's trophies and eight men's prizes with its mantle also increasing by three individual honors. Brynn Martinson took home her second straight ODAC Women's Swimmer of the Meet award, while head coach Kami Gardner collected ODAC Women's Coach of the Year laurels. Generals' first-year Dalton Jobe earned ODAC Rookie of the Meet distinction. University of Lynchburg, runner-up in the men's points standings and third in the women's table, garnered three special individual honors. Colton Schnars received ODAC Men's Swimmer of the Meet honors, while Lindsey Hair and Matt Fields were named the ODAC/Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Women's and Men's Swimming Scholar-Athletes of the Year, respectively.

ODAC Swimming Returns to the Greensboro Aquatic Center for the 2023 Championships
ODAC swimming returns to its home away from home at the Greensboro Aquatic Center over the next four days as the conference kicks off its winter series of postseason events with the ODAC Swimming Championships. Seven sessions of swimming await the leagues water-driven student-athletes, albeit a day earlier than in previous years. ODAC teams will compete in the 800-yard freestyle relay on Wednesday evening to kick off the Championships on Wednesday evening, February 8, at 7:30 p.m. ET. Thursday and Friday, February 9-10, feature multiple events with preliminary disciplines in the morning starting at 10:00 a.m. ET each day followed by finals of those same events at 6:00 p.m. ET. On Friday, February 11, prelims for that day's events still start at 10:00 a.m. ET, but the finals move up an hour to 5:00 p.m. ET.
