ODAC Women's Soccer Tournament | 9-Team Bracket Determined
Randolph-Macon's return to the top of the ODAC standings has been a gradual process since appearing in the last of its 15 conference championship games in 1998, but the nationally 15th-ranked Yellow Jackets are poised to add to that history as unbeaten R-MC seeks its 13th league crown as the #1 seed in the upcoming ODAC Women's Soccer Tournament. Washington and Lee, ranked #17 by D3soccer.com, is positioned second in the nine-team tournament field. Virginia Wesleyan enters as third seed outright, but tiebreakers were needed to determined the fourth seed and the final quarterfinal host. Bridgewater and Roanoke each finished with 21 standings points in the final league table. The two squads played to a scoreless draw in the regular season, sending the stalemate to the second step of the league's tiebreaking protocol. In a comparison of victories against common opponents in ODAC play, the Eagles came out a few points clear of the Maroons to earn the coveted fourth position. Roanoke, as the fifth seed, will travel to Bridgewater for their quarterfinal showdown.
