Behind 15 kills from senior outside hitter M.A. Boles (Houston, Texas/St. John's) and 14 kills from first-year middle blocker Mackenzie Shand (Saline, Mich./Saline), the top-seeded Washington and Lee volleyball team earned a 3-1 victory over fifth-seeded Roanoke, 3-1, on Saturday in the ODAC semifinals at the Warner Center.

The #3-seeded Lynchburg College volleyball team defeated the #7 seed, Bridgewater College in five sets 25-18, 25-22, 10-25, 19-25, 15-8 Saturday afternoon to advance to the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Championship match.

Washington and Lee Wins Second Straight ODAC Volleyball Title
Washington and Lee University bested Lynchburg College, 3-0 (25-19, 25-22, 25-22), on Saturday afternoon in Lexington, securing the Generals' second straight and ODAC record 14th conference volleyball title. W&L also earned the ODAC's automatic qualification into the NCAA Division III Volleyball Tournament.

Roanoke Defeats Virginia Wesleyan, 3-0, in ODAC Quarterfinals
The Roanoke College volleyball team defeated Virginia Wesleyan in the quarterfinals of the 2013 ODAC Volleyball Championships, 3-0 on Wednesday evening. The Maroons advance in the tournament with a record of 19-10, while the Marlins exit the bracket with a mark of 16-14.

Junior Megann Grimes pounded down 18 kills and senior Lindsay Kallam posted a 17-dig, 54-assist double-double as the seventh-seeded Bridgewater Eagles volleyball team upset second-seeded Randolph-Macon by a 3-2 score in the quarterfinal round of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) tournament.

LC Volleyball Advances in ODAC Quarterfinals with 3-0 Victory over E&H
The third-seeded Lynchburg College volleyball team defeated #6 Emory & Henry College 25-18, 25-21, 25-19 in the first-round of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Tournament Wednesday evening. The undermanned Hornets only used a seven player rotation due to injury.
