FOREST, Va. --- Sport has long been a platform for social messaging and awareness that extends beyond its various athletic arenas. We must do more to support diversity and inclusion, to listen to all our varied constituencies, and to help develop student-athletes into leaders in both voice and action. As we consider recent events and watch them unfold before us, the ODAC stands with its member institutions in condemning injustice and racism in all its forms, systemic and otherwise, and furthering the conversations and actions that will lead to change and equality. Together, we must do more.
