Ticket Spicket and the ODAC Partner to Provide Online Ticketing at Championship Events

Ticket Spicket will serve as the exclusive digital ticketing and paper ticket provider for all of the ODAC's championship events moving forward.

RICHMOND, Va. | The Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) announced today that Ticket Spicket will serve as the exclusive ticket provider for ODAC championship events beginning in the fall of 2019.

Ticket Spicket gives sports fans and event attendees the ability to buy pre-sale tickets online. The ODAC will allow fans to use their smartphone to gain access at championship events through a simple and secure ticket validation process.

“Our conference championships have always been about celebrating our universities and the respective accomplishments of our student-athletes,” said Brad Bankston, commissioner of the ODAC. “With Ticket Spicket, we are partnering with a stellar provider that will enable us to improve the overall experience for our fans and better engage with our event attendees in the process.”

The ODAC championship tickets will be available each season at spicket.events/odac. Ticket Spicket will also be providing custom paper ticket products for select championship events.

“We’re thrilled to be working with the ODAC,” said Russell Hertzberg, co-founder of Ticket Spicket. “As a Virginia-based company, it’s an honor to be working closely with so many of the prestigious universities in our region and we’re excited to kick things off this fall.”
