FOREST, Va. --- ODAC teams and student-athletes are gearing up for the start of the fall tournament season, beginning this weekend with the ODAC Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships hosted by Guilford College in Greensboro, N.C.  Brad and J.J. dive into some details about that championship, as well as the other fall tournaments slated to begin this weekend and the conclusion of the volleyball regular season.

Play in the field hockey, men's soccer and women's soccer tournaments all kick-off with quarterfinal action on Saturday.  At the same time, cross country will be running in Greensboro.  Volleyball finishes off its regular on Saturday, with quarterfinal play beginning on Wednesday at the four highest seeded teams.
