SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
LINDSAY STRACHAN, Washington & Lee
University
Strachan, a junior from Midlothian, Virginia, led the
Generals with two first-place finishes as W&L split its
contests over the weekend. Strachan took gold in the 100 back with
a time of 1:02.03 and finished first in the 200 back in a time of
2:12.63. Her time in the 200 back is the best time in the
conference to date. She also took second in the 500-yard
freestyle (5:26.44) and was on the second place 200-yard medley
relay team (1:55.01).
