Hartman, a senior from Roanoke, Virginia, placed in the top six in three individual events Saturday at the Orange & Maroon Classic at Susquehanna University.  Hartman finished second in the 55-meter dash with a time of 7.57 and second in the 200-meter dash with a time of 27.36. She was the first Division III runner in each event.  She also placed sixth in the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 9.57 after running a 9.36 in qualifying.  She finished the day by running a leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that finished fourth with a time of 4:20.56.

Women's Indoor Track Honor Roll

Michelle Leaman, Eastern Mennonite University, Senior - Hurdles/Sprints
Leaman had a strong performance in the 55-meter hurdles in her first meet as a senior.  Leaman had the top time in the preliminaries at 8.87, then bettered that at 8.78 to take first by a comfortable 0.21 margin.  She also ran in the 200 meter dash and took 27^th place.

Melloni Diem, Guilford College, Sophomore - Distance
Diem Placed 41^st among 45 contestants in the mile run at the Kent Taylor UNC Classic with a time of 6:09.44, nearly an 18 second improvement over her time in the same event one week earlier... had the second-fastest time among NCAA Division III contestants.

Jessica Gibbs, Lynchburg College, Junior - Sprints/Hurdles/Jumps
Gibbs had a personal best of 10.04 in the 60-meter hurdles Friday at Virginia Tech. The Hornet 4x400-meter relay team that included Gibbs, broke the school record Saturday with a time of 4:04.67. Gibbs recorded a personal best of 27.61 in the 200-meter dash and leaped 5.30 meters in the long jump.
