Andris Goncarovs, Guilford College, Junior

Goncarovs, a junior from Ithaca, N.Y., ran the ODAC's fastest time in the 3,000 meters this season at the Winston-Salem State Open.  He posted a time of 9:02.40 to finish fifth at the meet among 20 runners and tops among NCAA Division III competition.  His time ranks fourth in Guilford history.  Goncarovs also anchored the Quakers' distance medley relay, which turned in the ODAC's second-fastest time of the year at 10:57.33.  It's the time is third-fastest in school history and stands 30th in NCAA Division III this year.

Luke Sohl, Bridgewater (Va.) - (So., Distance - Burke, Va.)
Sohl anchored Bridgewater's record-setting distance medley relay at Susquehanna's Orange & Maroon Classic by running the mile leg in 4:24.8. Later in the evening, Sohl was the top collegiate performer in the 3,000 meter run, as he crossed the line in a time of 9:09.59 to finish in second place after winning his individual heat.

Dan Nafziger, Eastern Mennonite -

After missing EMU's first meet back in December, Nafziger debuted at Friday's Orange & Maroon Classic in Selinsgrove, PA. Nafziger raced across the finish line in 4:29.83 in the mile run, taking second overall. He just missed EMU's program record of 4:28.96 by less than second. He also notched a personal best in the 3000m, with a time of 9:15.94.

Travis Oliver, Virginia Wesleyan -
(Sophomore, Jumps - Hampton, Va.)
Oliver set the VWC program record in the triple jump at the Captains Invitational at CNU...he set the record at 43-2.25, breaking the former mark of 43-17.5 he set last season...his distance was the best among DIII athletes in the event and is the best to date in the ODAC.
