Randy Lott, Virginia Wesleyan, Sr.

Lott, a senior from Virginia Beach, Va., competed in four events at the Captains Invitational & Combined Events, setting one new ODAC seasonal top time.  Lott was the second NCAA Division III finisher in the 60-meter dash, topping the ODAC charts in 7.00 seconds.  He also raced to a 23.20 time in the 200-meter dash, his second showing at that mark this season.  It placed second among D3 competitors and is third in the conference.  Lott also took part in a pair of relays, including a record-setting finish in the 4x200 relay in 1:34.16.  That relay finished first among D3 competitors, while the 4x400-relay time of 3:30.40 was second in D3.

Men's Indoor Track Honor Roll

Rashan Winters, Eastern Mennonite (Fr. - Mechanicsville, Va.)
Winters finished second overall and first among D3 competitors in the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.54 seconds at the Captains Invitational & Combined Events.  It ranks fourth in the ODAC this season.

Chad Norton, Guilford (Sr. - Walled Lake, Mich.)
Norton snapped his own record in the 3,000-meter run at the Tar Heel Open, finishing fourth overall and first among D3 competitors with a time of 8:44.10.  The time is tops in the ODAC this season, and it eclipsed the GC record by four seconds.

Zachary Kezar, Lynchburg (Jr. - Hampton, Va.)
Kezar send a new ODAC seasonal-best in the long jump with a leap of 6.82 meters (22' 4.5") at the Marietta Open.  That placed second overall and first among D3 competition.  He also competed in the triple jump and 200-meter dash, placing seventh (12.21m/40' 0.75") and 17th (24.66), respectively.

Drew Landgren, Roanoke (Sr. - Baltimore, Md.)
Landgren competed in a pair of mid-distance events at the Marietta Open, placing second overall and second among D3 competitors in both races.  He ran a personal-best 4:32.32 in the mile and followed that less than 30 minutes later with a 1:07.93 showing in the 500-meter run, which fell just 0.12 seconds short of first place.
