Jeong, a junior from Federal Way, Wash., put together a school record-breaking day at the Kent State Tune-Up over the weekend. Jeong put his name atop the ODAC seasonal charts in the 60-meter dash with a time of 6.91 seconds. He finished sixth overall and first among NCAA Division III competitors in an event field that featured athletes from all three NCAA divisions. Jeong's time, which ranks 14th in the country, also bested his own school record, which was set at 7.02 seconds. In addition to the 60-dash, Jeong also competed in in the 200-meter dash, posting a time of 23.24 seconds.

Stefan Vessels, Bridgewater (Sr. - Louisa, Va.)
Vessels stands atop the ODAC triple jump seasonal
list after his performance at the Lynchburg Springs, Jumps and
Throws Challenge. He sprang 45' 11.75" to win the event, a
mark which ties for 28th in NCAA D-III. He also competed in
the long jump, placing sixth with a leap of 19' 9.75".
Joe Mitchell, Guilford (Fr. -
Winston-Salem, N.C.)
Mitchell ran the 55-meter dash in 6.54 seconds to place fourth at
the Appalachian Pre-Conference Meet. The time converts to
7.05 for the 60-meter dash rankings, which sits fifth in the
ODAC.
Brian O'Dea, Lynchburg (Fr. -
Woodstock, Conn.)
O'Dea posted a personal-best in the pole vault at
the Lynchburg Springs, Jumps and Throws Challenge, placing
second after clearing 14' 4.5".
Anthony Quinn, Randolph (Fr. -
Ontario, Calif.)
Quinn competed in a pair of events at the Lynchburg Springs,
Jumps and Throws Challenge. He placed fourth in the 400-meter
dash in 54.34. He then finished second in the 55-meter
hurldes in 8.04 seconds. That time converts to 8.65 seconds
for 60-meter hurdles qualification.
Ethan Fowlkes, Virginia Wesleyan

Fowlkes set a new VWC record in the long jump by bounding 23'
1.75". The leap snaps his own previous record of 22' 0.75",
which he set in 2013. The jump tops the ODAC seasonal charts
and ranks tied for 16th nationally.
