Washington, a junior from Virginia Beach, Va., put together a strong showing at the season opening Liberty Kickoff last week. She was the top NCAA Division III finisher in her two events, placing second overall in both. She posted a time of 8.12-seconds in the finals of the 60-meter dash, but her preliminary time of 8.02-seconds ranks as the top time in the ODAC so far. Her time in the 200-meter dash also leads conference competitors, chiming in at 27.38-seconds.

Stephanie Breen, Bridgewater (Sr., Distance -
Smithsburg, Md.)
Breen opened up her season by winning the 5,000-meter run at the
Liberty Kickoff, finishing in 18:56.77 to top all ODAC runners so
far this season.
Hannah Chappell-Dick, Eastern Mennonite
(So, Mid-Distance/Distance - Bluffton, Ohio)
Chappell-Dick won the 800-meter run at the Liberty Kickoff,
starting her season with the ODAC's top time at 2:23.20.
Kate Jenkins-Sullivan, Guilford (Fr.,
Mid-Distance - Florence, Mass.)
Jenkins-Sullivan had the top NCAA Division III finish in the
1000-meter run at the JDL College Kickoff, setting GC's record in
the event in the 16th-place time of 3:53.84. She also
competed in the 4x400-meter relay, posting a time of 4:54.54 to
finish 22nd.
Esther Prempeh, Roanoke (So., Sprints - Bristow,
Va.)
Prempeh posted a time of 8.18-seconds to lead all
NCAA Division III runners and place 30th overall in the 60-meter
dash at the JDL College Kickoff. She sits second in the
ODAC's seasonal list. She also competed in the 300-meter
dash, placing 41st in 45.09 seconds.
Courtney Mebane, Virginia Wesleyan
(Sr., Hurdles/Jumps - Virginia Beach, Va.)
Mebane was the second NCAA Division III finisher in the 60-meter
hurdles and the high jump at the CNU Holiday Open. She posted
a time of 9.55-seconds to place 18th overall in the 60-hurdles.
She clared 1.52 meters (4' 11.75") in the high jump to place
seventh overall. She also competed in the 4x400-meter relay
that placed 21st in 4:34.40. All three marks sit atop the
conference so far.
