Gamble, a junior from Houston, Texas, picks up her first ODAC weekly award of the season after blistering three separate heats of the 60-meter dash at the Winter Classic hosted by VMI. In the preliminary heats, Gamble posted a time of 7.69 seconds, the fifth-fastest of the 65 multi-divisional competitors and the second-best in the conference. She then tied Bridgewater's Adalia Coleman for the best mark in the league this year with a 7.68-second run in the semifinals. That was the sixth-fastest qualifying time and ranks as the fourth-fastest with Coleman in Division III this year. Gamble then finished sixth overall at VMI with a sprint of 7.71 seconds in the finals.
