Torres, a sophomore from Stafford, Va., put together a strong week in helping Randolph-Macon pick up a pair of league wins to move to 5-1 and into a tie for second place in the ODAC standings. Torres beat the keeper in a one-on-one scenario for his first goal of the week in a 4-0 victory over Virginia Wesleyan. His second goal came at the most opportune time as he found the back of the net in overtime to secure a 2-1 victory for the Yellow Jackets over Eastern Mennonite. The two goals mark Torres' first of the season, giving him six total points when paired with two previous assists.

Men's Soccer Weekly Honor Roll

Thomas White, F, BC: Scored once in a 4-1 win at Shenandoah and then came thru with the opening goal and an assist in a 2-0 victory at Guilford.

Omar Solis, F, GC: Tallied the game-winning goal in GC's 2-1 victory at Emory & Henry.

Sherman Mitchell, F, LC: Scored once in a 3-0 win over Randolph and then found the back of the net a second time on the week in a 3-1 triumph at Hampden-Sydney.

Marshall Hodge, M, RC: Assisted on a goal in a 4-0 win over Hampden-Sydney and then scored twice with an assist in a 5-0 victory at Shenandoah.

Andrew Kim, M, W&L: Assisted on both W&L goals, including the game-winner in overtime, in a 2-1 win at Eastern Mennonite. Registered a third assist in a 2-1 victory at Virginia Wesleyan.
