Kues, a senior from High Point, N.C., put together a six point week in helping Lynchburg to a pair of ODAC victories. Kues opened his week with two goals in a 4-1 victory at crosstown rival Randolph. He punched in the game's first and fourth goals in the second and 64th minutes, respectively. In the Hornets second game of the week at Eastern Mennonite, Kues stepped up to bury a penalty kick in the 35th minute for what proved to be the lone goal of the match. With the two wins, nationally seventh-ranked Lynchburg sits atop the ODAC standings with 19 points at 6-0-1. Kues has registered seven points on the season on three goals and an assist.
