Bannister, a junior from Bath, England, helped the Generals to a 2-1 week by going 3-0 in singles play at various flights and 2-1 in doubles action from the first and second ladders. He posted a 6-1, 6-0 #4 singles victory over Lynchburg, and moved up a rung to win 6-4, 6-3 at #3 singles over Randolph College. He capped his singles performance with a 6-4, 6-3 triumph at #5 singles in the Generals' match with 12th-ranked Johns Hopkins (L, 3-6). Bannister and doubles partner Jordan Krasner earned back-to-back 8-1 wins from the #1 slot against LC and RAND before falling 8-3 to JHU at #2 doubles. Bannister is 9-2 in singles play and 6-6 in doubles action this season.

Bruff went 1-1 in the Quakers' match against Virginia Wesleyan, picking up Guilford's lone point. He wont 6-3, 3-6, 10-3 at #5 singles. He and partner Mason Church fell 8-4 at #3 doubles.
John Adam, Randolph-Macon (Sr. - 1/1)
John Adam posted wins at both #1 singles and doubles in a 7-2 victory over Guilford. He won 7-6, 6-4 in singles play and joined Baxter Carter to win 8-5 in doubles action.
