Egan, a junior from Arnold, Md., put together a season-best 27 point week in helping the Yellow Jackets to a 2-1 week.  Egan began her scoring explosion with six goals and six assists in a 22-10 win over Notre Dame (Md.).  She added three ground balls in that contest.  She went on to post seven goals with five assists, two groundballs and one draw control in a 23-14 ODAC win over Bridgewater.  She continued her scoring run in a loss to Roanoke to end the week, notching two more goals and another helper.  For the week, Egan scored 15 goals and dished out 12 assists.  She now leads the ODAC in total points (66), points per game (6.60), assists (34) and assists per game (3.40).

Sarah Bradburd, Guilford, Junior, Midfielder
Bradburd Tallied a team and season-high three goals in Guilford’s 22-8 loss to Roanoke.

Lesley Buckingham, Lynchburg, Junior, Attack
Buckingham netted seven goals last week with five assists as the Hornets defeated two ODAC opponents. She had three goals and one assist Wednesday in an import conference victory, and added six draw controls and four forced turnovers. Buckingham added four goals and four assists Saturday in a win against Hollins.

Meegan Rourke, Roanoke, Senior, Midfielder
Rourke led Roanoke to a 2-1 record this week with 17 goals, three assists, 14 draw controls, 11 groundballs and seven caused turnovers in three games.  She had a career-best seven goals against Guilford in a 22-8 win.  Against Lynchburg, Rourke added five goals, four draw controls and three caused turnovers in the 12-10 defeat.  Against Randolph-Macon, Rourke finished the week with another five-goal performance in addition to six draw controls in the 22-7 victory.

Alex Van Horn, Washington and Lee, Freshman, Midfielder
Van Horn led the No. 14 Generals in two ODAC victories for the week, including a 21-0 shutout of Sweet Briar on Wednesday and a 19-10 victory over Virginia Wesleyan on Saturday. Against Sweet Briar, Van Horn finished with two goals and one assist while winning a game-high seven draw controls. She also added one ground ball and one caused turnover. Versus Virginia Wesleyan, Van Horn led the team with five goals and also posted two draw control wins.  This season she has started all 11 games for the Generals, ranking fourth on the team with 19 points (17g, 2a). She currently leads the team with 45 draw control wins, while also collecting 13 ground balls and forcing five turnovers.
