Tucker, a senior from Manakin-Sabot, Va., helped catapult Washington and Lee from 13th to eighth in the latest IWLCA coaches with two non-conference wins over strong competition. Tucker scored three times and dished out two assists in the Generals 19-6 road victory at Christopher Newport. She collected seven draw controls to go with two ground balls and a pair of caused turnovers. Tucker scored three more times including Washington and Lee's final two tallies to provide the difference in a 10-9 upset win over then nationally seventh-ranked Franklin & Marshall College. She added one assist in addition to six draw controls, four ground balls, and three caused turnoves. Tucker is now nine draw controls short of tying the W&L all-time career record. Tucker is currently second in the ODAC in goals scored (8) and third in points (11) and assists (3).
