Libby Bowman, Roanoke, So., Midfielder

Bowman, a sophomore from Salem, Va., helped Roanoke keep pace at the top of the ODAC standings with a pair of conference wins last week. Bowman extended her streak of games with a hat trick to three as she has more than doubled her season points total over the past week plus. She opened last week with three goals in a 13-5 triumph over Lynchburg. She scored the opening goal of the game as well as the quarter's first goal in the second and fourth frames. Bowman again was on the the mark three times in the Maroons 14-8 victory over Shenandoah. She tallied all three of her goals in the second half -- including two in the fourth quarter -- to help Roanoke outscore Shenandoah, 9-2 over the final 30 minutes after going into the halftime break tied 6-all. For the season, Bowman has collected 15 points on 13 goals and two assists.
