Dessi Dupuy, Lynchburg, So., Forward

Dupuy, a sophomore from Lynchburg, Va., picks up her second straight weekly award after scoring seven times last week to lead the Hornets to a 2-0-1 week.  With LC leading 1-0 against Randolph-Macon, Dupuy broke the game open with four straight tallies to push the Hornets to a 5-0 conference win.  She followed that up by helping LC claw out of a 2-0 hole as she notched the first of Lynchburg's two goals in a 2-2 tie with Roanoke College.  She finished her week with two more goals in a 4-1 win over regionally-ranked Salisbury University.  She notched the would-be game-winner for a 2-1 lead at halftime, and then added some insurance with the fourth goal of the game in the 76th minute.  For the season, Dupuy is tied for second in the ODAC with 12 goals and is tied for fifth with 26 points.

Women's Soccer Honor Roll

Brittany Hammons, Randolph - (So, F - Yorktown, VA, 7)
Hammons posted two goals and an assist in a 1-1 week for the WildCats. Hammons netted a goal and an assist in a 5-2 victory over Guilford on Wednesday, the first win over the Quakers since 2004 for Randolph. Hammons also posted the WildCat's lone tally in a 5-1 loss at Emory & Henry on Saturday afternoon. For the season, Hammons leads the WildCats with seven goals, five assists and 19 points.

Rebekah Adams, Roanoke - 
(Sr, F - Springfield, VA, 11)
Adams scored two goals to go along with two assists for six points over the past week. She scored the game's opening goal in a 2-0 win over Emory & Henry in the Maroons' mid-week contest.  She followed that with one of two RC tallies in a 2-2 tie with Lynchburg College.

Hannah Oakes, Shenandoah -
(Jr, D - Front Royal, Va., 4)
In a 1-2 week for Shenandoah, Oakes helped the Hornets to a 2-0 win over Guilford with the game's first goal.

Jessica Edelman, Va. Wesleyan - 
(Sr, F - Voorhees, N.J., 3)
Edelman extended her current goal-scoring streak to five consecutive games with at least one goal, leading VWC to a 2-0 week with a pair of ODAC wins.  She had one goal in a 10-0 win over EMU and another in a 3-2 triumph over Bridgewater.  Edelman has scored a goal or an assist in 12 of the Marlins 15 games to date and leads the team with 28 points, including an ODAC-leading 10 assists.   VWC is now 14-0-1 and ranked No. 5 nationally.

Ainsley Daigle, Washington and Lee -
(Sr, M - , 16)
Daigle helped the Generals to a 2-0 week as she scored a pair of game-deciding goals.  She notched the second W&L goal in a 3-1 ODAC win over Shenandoah during W&L's mid-week contest.  She continued the timely scoring with the game-winner in a 2-1 non-conference win over St. Mary's (Md.) on Saturday.
