Katherine Rush, Washington and Lee, So., Forward

Rush, a sophomore from Cornelius, N.C., helped the Generals to a 2-0 week with a pair of ODAC wins.  The striker scored twice and assisted on another in W&L's 6-0 win at home against Guilford during the midweek.  She came back on the weekend with the game's only tally in a 1-0 road win at Randolph-Macon.  She notched that winner in the 51st minute to keep W&L in the second position in the ODAC standings entering the final week of regular season play.  Rush is eighth in the ODAC with 28 points and fifth with 12 goals scored.

Women's Soccer Honor Roll

Brittney Harris, Bridgewater - (Sr, MF - Laurel, Md., 9)
Harris posted two goals in a 1-1 week for the Eagles.  She scored the first goal in a 3-0 win at Randolph-Macon during BC's mid-week contest.  She followed that up with the first goal in a 3-2 non-conference loss to Mary Washington.  Harris now has three goals towards seven points on the season.

Kelli Uresti, Guilford - (Fr, MF - Buda, Texas, 22)
Uresti notched a goal and an assist in Guilford's 3-1 road win over Sweet Briar, which snapped the Quakers' seven-game losing skid.  The contest marked her
team-leading sixth multi-point match of the season and gave her a team-best 22 points on nine goals and four assists.

Dessi Dupuy, Lynchburg - (So, F - Lynchburg, VA, 21)
Dupuy had hat tricks in both games this week as the Hornets remain unbeaten on the season. The sophomore notched three tallies in the Hornets' 11-0 triumph over Hollins.  She followed that with three more scores in a 5-1 win over Shenandoha.  Dupuy now has 20 goals and 42 points on the season, leading the ODAC in both categories.

Brittany Hammons, Randolph - (So, F - Yorktown, VA, 7)
Hammons notched a pair of goals this week, both coming in a 4-2 victory over Hollins. In that contest, she opened the game's tallying with a goal eight minutes in. She would tally the game-winner with seven minutes to go in the affair, chipping the HU keeper to help earn Randolph's ninth win of the year. The win assures Randolph of only its second winning season in school history. Hammons now has nine goals and five assists on the season.

Carmen Graves, Roanoke -
(Sr, MF - Christiansburg, VA, 18)
Graves scored the game's opening goal in Roanoke's 9-0 victory over Sweet Briar. She also scored the team's only goal against #5 Virginia Wesleyan on the weekend. Both goals were her only shot of the game. Graves has scored 13 goals this season and at least one goal in 10 of the last 12 games.

Christina Fernandes, Va. Wesleyan -
(Sr, F - Tinton Falls, N.J., 7)
Fernandes scored two goals in a game for the third time this season, this time in a 4-1 win over Roanoke College to cap an undefeated ODAC season. She scored the first goal of the game for the Marlins at 5:08 and added her third goal two minutes later just 24 seconds after Roanoke tied the game at 1-1. Fernandes currently ranks third among VWC's leading scorers with 22 points.
