Danielle Burris, Shenandoah, Sr., Midfielder

Burris a senior from Cooksville, Md., helped the Hornets lock up the second seed in the upcoming ODAC Tournament with a pair of wins last week, marking Shenandoah's highest women's soccer position since joining the conference nearly four years ago.  After aiding a 1-0 win at Bridgewater, Burris exploded for five points in a 3-1 over Guilford.  She assisted on the first goal of the contest, and then scored the would-be deciding goal in the 47th minute.  She added an insurance goal in the 69th minute to secure the win that put SU one point ahead of W&L in the final standings.  Burris is sixth in the ODAC with 23 points and nine goals scored.

Women's Soccer Weekly Honor Roll

Morgan Hill, Eastern Mennonite (Sr. - M)
Hill helped the Royals to a 1-2 week with eight points over the three games.  She assisted on EMU's goal in a 2-1 loss at Guilford.  She then scored twice and dished out an assist in a 10-0 win at Hollins, and finished with the Royals' goal in a 3-1 loss at Randolph.

Kelli Uresti, Guilford (Sr. - F)
In a 1-1 week, Uresti scored both of Guilford's goals in its 2-1 win over Eastern Mennonite, marking her second multi-goal game of the season.

Hannah Olds, Lynchburg (So. - F)
Olds came thru with the game's only goal in the 83rd minute of a 1-0 win over Virginia Wesleyan.  Lynchburg also beat Emory & Henry, 3-0, last week.

Patricia Garrett, Randolph (Jr. - F)
After a 3-0 loss at Randolph-Macon, Garrett propelled the WildCats to a 3-1 win over Eastern Mennonite.  She scored the second goal and dished out assists on the other two tallies to help Randolph lock up its first berth in the ODAC Tournament since 2004.

Meghan O'Neal, Randolph-Macon (Sr. - F)
O'Neal scored twice, including the game's opening goal, in a 3-0 win over Randolph.  Her first goal came just 1:19 into the match as the Yellow Jackets secured the tournament's seventh seed.

Kirstin Figel, Roanoke (Sr. - M)
After a 2-1 loss at Salem, Figel responded with a goal and two assists in a 15-0 regular season finale win over Hollins.

Kristen Cherry, Virginia Wesleyan (Sr. - F)
Following a 1-0 setback at Lynchburg, Cherry tallied the game-winning goal in the 81st minute to help Virginia Wesleyan defeat Bridgewater, 2-1, and wrap up the fourth seed in the ODAC Tournament.

Caroline Peters, Washington and Lee (Fr. - M)
Peters helped the Generals to a 5-1 win over Emory & Henry by registering her first collegiate hat trick.  She scored in the 11th, 21st and 36th minutes of the contest.
