Barnes, a senior from Cary, N.C., helped Lynchburg pick up its first ODAC win of the season in a top-of-the-table matchup against Bridgewater College. Following a scoreless first half, the Hornets exploded for four goals over a 26:41 stretch in the second 45 on the way to a 4-0 home triumph. Barnes assisted Amanda Wigboldy on the game's first goal in the 55th minute, and then made it 2-0 Lynchburg in the 63rd minute when she deposited a pass from Alyssa Rudy into the back of the net. For the season, Barnes has racked up nine points on four goals and an assist.
