Budrus, a senior from Huntington, W.Va., went 3-0 over the past week, including wins over a pair of ODAC squads. Competing at No. 2 singles and No. 2 doubles, Budrus lost just 10 points between the two arenas, covering nine sets of play (six singles sets). She topped singles opponents from Mary Baldwin (6-0, 6-0), Emory & Henry (6-1, 6-0) and Guilford (6-3, 6-1). She won in doubles during each match, posting 8-0, 8-1 and 8-4 wins, respectively.

Gerlach had a nice start to the season, as she won both of
her matches at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles this week, defeating
her foes from Virginia Union and UVA Wise.

Taylor won both her matches this week, surrendering just
three points in singles action and three points with teammate
Moriah Burke in doubles play.
