Gordon, a junior from Winchester, Va., went undefeated at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles during five matches over Spring Break in Hilton Head. In singles, Gordon won all five matches in straight sets, losing a total of just seven games. Nine of her 10 sets were won by scores of 6-0 or 6-1. In doubles, Gordon played with two different partners at No. 1 and was 5-0 on the week. In the five matches, she and her partner lost a total of just 13 games. Gordon and the Eagles posted victories over Ohio Wesleyan (8-1), St. Mary's (5-4), Marietta (8-1), Salve Regina (9-0) and Olivet (8-1) in improving to 8-0 on the season.

Allison Hewitt, Guilford College

Hewitt all six of her matches in the Quakers' 3-0 week. She
captured wins at fourth, fifth and sixth singles, including a 6-1,
6-0 ODAC win over Shenandoah's Katie Johnson at sixth
singles. She lost only four singles points in the three
matches. Hewitt also registered three victories at third
double. Teaming with Dominique Crespo, she topped
Shenandoah's Rachel Gross and Amber Lake, 8-5, in conference
action.
Jennifer Antoszyk, Roanoke - (SO, -
Charlotte)
Antoszyk won 6-1, 6-0 and #1 singles and 8-3 with Cobrin Leitch at
#1 doubles to lead the Maroons to a 9-0 win over Shenandoah.

Patricia Kirkland, Washington and Lee University

Kirkland went 4-0 on a weekend that included three wins for the
Generals. Against Emory & Henry, she claimed victories at
No. 2 singles (6-0, 6-0) and at No. 1 doubles (8-0) with partner
sophomore Sonja Meighan. Versus Virginia Wesleyan, Kirkland
won at No. 2 singles (6-0, 6-2) and recorded another win at No. 1
doubles (8-0) when facing Randolph-Macon.
