Buell, a junior from New Albany, Ohio, led the Generals to a 9-0 win over Virginia Wesleyan to open the spring season.  Playing from both the #1 singles and doubles positions against the Marlins, Buell turned back Mia Proctor in singles play in straight sets, 6-1, 6-1.  She and Chelsea Mixon parterned to defeated Proctor and Hannah Parent, 8-2, in doubles action.
