Katie Rossberg, Randolph-Macon, Sr., Middle Hitter

Rossberg, a senior from Crozet, Va., hammered 70 kills at a 4.67 per-set clip to go with 44 digs, five blocks and three aces as Randolph-Macon took over sole ownership of the top spot in the ODAC and squared off against nationally ranked competition.  Rossberg started off her week with 17 kills and seven digs in a 3-0 victory over previously ODAC unbeated Virginia Wesleyan.  In Ohio at a tournament hosted by nationally 25th-ranked Ohio Wesleyan, Rossberg had 21 kills with 12 digs in a 3-1 setback to the host Bishops.  She added 22 kills with 14 digs and two aces in a tight 3-2 loss to Hiram, and finished with 10 kills on a .360 hitting percentage and 11 digs for her third double-double of the week in a 3-0 loss to sixth-ranked Wittenberg. Rossberg is now 10th all-time at R-MC with 911 kills.  She's ninth in the ODAC with 230 kills this season.

Volleyball Weekly Honor Roll

Macon Frey, Bridgewater (So. - Libero)
Frey was named to the Wid-Guisler Invitational All-Tournament Team after notching 83 digs in the Eagles four matches.  She had 24 pickups in losses to Randolph (3-1) and Carnegie Mellon (3-0), while adding 21 in a setback to Juniata (3-1).  She added 13 assists on the week.

Katie Miller, Eastern Mennonite (Sr. - DS)
Miller averaged 6.33 digs per set, collecting 76 overall in three matches.  She had 26 in a loss to Lynchburg (3-1) and 25 each in 3-1 losses to Hood and Lancaster Bible.

Kelsey Ruehling, Guilford (Sr. - OH)
Ruehling collected 40 kills and 27 digs with four blocks in a 1-2 showing for the Quakers.  She had a match-best 17 kills with 10 digs in a 3-2 loss at Randolph, then followed with 13 kills and 13 digs in a 3-0 win over Agnes Scott.  She had 10 winners in a 3-0 loss to Washington and Lee.

Noelle Wojciechowski, Randolph (Jr. - MH)
Wojciechowski helped Randolph to wins over Bridgewater (3-1) and Guilford (3-2) by collected 21 kills and hitting at a .400 clip.  She went for 13 kills with a .500 hitting percentage and four blocks as the WildCats battled back from 1-0 down against BC. She had eight kills, eight digs, four aces and two blocks in the five-setter against Guilford.

Blake Parkes, Shenandoah (Sr. - OH)
Parkes helped SU to wins over Emory & Henry (3-1) and Bluefield College (3-2) by gathering 18 kills and 21 digs.  She had 10 kills and just as many digs at E&H, while adding eight kills and 11 pickups against Bluefield.

Tiffany Barrett, Virginia Wesleyan (Jr. - OH)
Barrett went for 30 kills and 26 digs in the Marlins 1-1 week.  She had 13 winners with 10 digs in a 3-0 loss at Randolph-Macon.  She followed with 17 kills and 16 digs with two blocks in a 3-1 win at Southern Virginia.

Anna Lausberg, Washington and Lee (Sr. - OH)
Lausberg helped Washington and Lee to a trio of wins last week with 39 kills, 28 digs, seven aces and four blocks while hitting .299.  She had 11 kills and 10 digs in a 3-0 win at Guilford.  She added 16 kills with 14 digs and four aces in a 3-1 win over Franklin & Marshall.  She had 12 kills, four digs and two aces in a 3-1 win over Washington College.
