Hutchinson, a first-year from Waynesboro, Va., put together a strong week in leading Eastern Mennonite to a pair of ODAC wins to level the Royals' record to 2-2. Hutchinson hit .553 over the two matches with 22 kills against just one error. She opened with eight kills and a .438 attack percentage in a 3-0 win at Ferrum. She earned 10.5 points for the match to go along with a pair of aces, seven digs, and a block assist. Hutchinson turned up the production with an error-free 14 kills towards a .636 attack percentage in a 3-0 win over Randolph. She added 15 digs for her first collegiate double-double. She also registered three aces towards 17.0 total points earned at 5.7 per set. For the season, Hutchinson is hitting .337 with 40 kills against seven errors in 98 attacks. Her 4.0 points per set average ranks fourth in the ODAC.
