Sweet Briar Claims ODAC Equestrian Title
April 03, 2021Almost two years have passed since the conference's teams conducted a championship event, but Sweet Briar College stood inside the ring as champions for a second straight occasion on Saturday afternoon. The Vixens topped the team standings to collect the program's fourth ODAC trophy since 2015. Sweet Briar earned 19 total points to claim a three-point win over second place Washington and Lee University. Bridgewater College and the University of Lynchburg tied for third on points follow two fences classes and one flat class at the Harriet Rogers Riding Center at Sweet Briar College. The Eagles earned third place distinction via conference tiebreakers.
