Ashley Cross, Shenandoah, Sr., Attack

Cross, a senior from Agawam, Mass., put together an eight-point week as the Hornets defeated Eastern Mennonite University twice -- once to cap the regular season and a second time in the quarterfinals of the ODAC Tournament.  In the regular season finale, Cross scored the game-winner with less than two minutes to play for a 2-1 win to lock up the third seed in the ODAC Tournament.  In the quarterfinals, Cross scored all three of Shenandoah's goals to propel the Hornets into a semifinal matchup with second-seeded Bridgewater on Wednesday.  For the season, Cross leads the ODAC in goals scored (15) and is tied for the lead in points (33).

Field Hockey Honor Roll

Danielle Kreider, Lynchburg (Sr., A - New Castle, Del.)
Kreider scored the opening goals and then assisted on another in a 3-0 win over Roanoke to cap the regular season.

Carrie Jacobs, Randolph-Macon (Sr., D - Orange, Va.)
Jacobs scored once and dished out an assist in a 3-2 loss to BC in the regular season capper.  She then tallied one goal in a 4-3 quarterfinal loss to Washington and Lee.

Candice Stefanic, Washington and Lee (Sr., A - Berwyn, Pa.)
Stefanic recorded her first hat-trick in a 3-0 win over Sweet Briar in the Generals regular season finale.  She then scored the first goal in a 4-3 win over Randolph-Macon in the quarterfinals.
