Maria Teresa Ambrogi-Torres, Randolph-Macon, Jr., Forward

Ambrogi-Torres, a junior from Richmond, Va., put together a strong week in helping the Yellow Jackets to a pair of conference victories to keep Randolph-Macon within a game of the top the ODAC table. Ambrogi-Torres registered nine points on the week, beginning with a pair of goals in a 3-1 win over Eastern Mennonite. She scored the second and third goals of that contest. Over the weekend at Roanoke, Ambrogi-Torres had a hand in all three of the Yellow Jackets tallies in a 3-1 triumph over the Maroons. She tied the game 1-all in the 20th minute and less than two minutes later put R-MC ahead for good with an unassisted effort. For the season, Ambrogi-Torres leads the ODAC in goals scored (12) and is tied for third in points (27).
