Dudley, a senior from Westminster, Md., got the first ODAC spring field hockey season started on the right foot for Lynchburg as she helped her Hornets top Shenandoah, 3-1, in a rematch of the past two ODAC championship games. Dudley assisted Brittany Claybaugh on the game's opening goal in the ninth minute, and then scored the go-ahead goal for a 2-1 lead in the 38th minute. The contest was the first for both squads this season.
