ODAC Golfers of the Week

ODAC Golfers of the Week

FOREST, Va. --- Weather put a damper on the start of the ODAC fall golf season with the lone scheduled men's tournament washed out and the second round of one of two women's tournaments lost to weather. Still, early season play was solid and promising with the rounds and events that were competed. The first ODAC Women's Golfer of the Week for the 2022-23 season goes to Averett University junior Lilli Caroline Tamburstuen following a strong three-round showing at the Transylvania Invite.

Below is the entry for the Women's Golfer of the Week.  Click on the associated links to see that sport's weekly honor roll. Most weeks this fall, the following schedule will be used for awards reporting:

  • Sundays: football (thru 11/13/22)
  • Mondays: field hockey, soccer, swimming (when it begins), volleyball, wrestling (when it begins)
  • Tuesdays: cross country
  • Wednesday: golf
