Robinson, a sophomore from Kings Mountain, N.C., claimed a share of medalist honors for the second week in a row in helping Washington and Lee finish eighth as a team at the Tiger Invite at Forest Creek hosted by Hampden-Sydney College. Robinson, who shared top honors at last week's Hill City Invitational hosted by the University of Lynchburg, topped the 69-player field at the Tiger Invite with Max Schwarz for Emory University. Robinson finished at 7-under 137 following two rounds on the par-72 layout set to 6,925 yards at the Forest Creek North Course in Pinehurst, N.C. He opened with a 3-under 69 and finished with a 4-under 68. Robinson has now recorded 22 birdies in his last 58 holes and carries a 71.25 per round average thru four rounds of play this spring.
