Lee, a junior from Calgary, Alberta, scored the game-winner in overtime Saturday to lift VWC to a thrilling 14-13 win over York College of Pennsylvania. His winning goal, scored with 3:01 remaining in overtime, was his third of the game, off five total shots. His effort helped VWC improve to 2-0 for the first time since 2003.

Daniel Dowd, Guilford College, Sophomore - Attack
Dowd led Guilford with four points on a team-high
three goals and one assist in the Quakers' 17-9 setback to
NCAA Division II Lees-McRae. The contest marked the fourth
three-goal contest of his career. He also scooped up two
ground balls in the game.
Dylan Hoff, Lynchburg College, Sophomore - Attack
Hoff notched three goals and one assist for
Lynchburg on Saturday at fourth-ranked Salisbury.
Richard Lachlan, Roanoke College, Freshman - Attack
Lachlan scored five goals in his first collegiate game
against York in the season-opener. He scored three goals
against St. Mary's, which received votes in the latest USILA Top-20
poll in a 22-7 win.
