McManus, a freshman from Baltimore, Md., helped the #19 Maroons to a pair of ODAC wins last week. McManus made 22 saves overall, beginning with nine stops in an 11-7 victory over Randolph College. He followed that up by setting a new career-best with 13 saves in a 9-8 triumph at Hampden-Sydney. He registered a .619 save percentage in that contest, with four stops coming in the opening frame as RC built a 5-2 advantage. For the season, McManus is sixth in the ODAC with an 8.89 goals-against-average and eighth with a .548 save percentage.
Men's Lacrosse Honor Roll
Andrew Buss, Bridgewater (Sr. - GK)
Buss made 18 saves in the Eagles 10-9 overtime loss to Randolph-Macon. He made fives saves late-on in regulation as BC held R-MC scoreless over the final 21 minutes prior to overtime.
Parker Styles, Guilford (So. - GK)
Styles helped Guilford to a 1-1 showing by making 30 saves over the two contests. He tied a career-high with 18 stops in a 12-7 win at Methodist. He notched 12 saves in a 7-5 loss against Washington and Lee.
Aaron Murphy, Lynchburg (Sr. - Att.)
Murphy helped Lynchburg to a 1-1 week. He scored three times in a 19-8 triumph over Shenandoah, adding two caused turnovers. He then registered two more goals with two assists, five ground balls and three caused turnovers in a 10-9 loss to #15 Stevenson.
Ryan Davidson, Randolph-Macon (Sr. - Att.)
Davidson scored five goals, including the game-winner in overtime, as Randolph-Macon topped Bridgewater, 10-9. The marks his second game-decider of the season.
Josh Currier, Virginia Wesleyan (Sr. - Att.)
Currier registered 12 points on seven goals and five assists in the Marlins 19-11 win over Southern Virginia. The 12 points give him 300 for his career, making him the first player in ODAC history to reach that benchmark.
