Spotts, a freshman from Richmond, Va., played a big part in Randolph-Macon's first two wins of the season last week as he won 66.7-percent (34-of-51) of his face-offs in the two victories. Spotts was 16-of-26 with a game-high seven ground balls in a 12-10 non-conference win over St. Mary's (Md.). He turned up the production in the second game of the week, winning 18-of-25 face-offs in a 22-4 ODAC victory at Ferrum. He picked up a game-best 10 ground balls. For the season, Spotts is third in the ODAC in face-offs won (45) and ground balls (22).
