Hinton, a sophomore from Florham Park, N.J., put together a pair of impressive showings in the hurdles at the W&L Carnival, establishing her personal bests in both disciplines. Hinton took over the top spot in the ODAC in both the 100-meter and 400-meter hurdles, winning the latter event in 1:07.86. She came in second in the 100m hurdles, posting a time of 0:16.58.

Tess Stryk, Guilford (Sr. - Mid-Distance)
Stryk placed sixth in the 800m run at the Dr. Jack Toms Open, posting a GC sixth-best time of 2:33.40. She also helped the Quakers win the 4x400m relay in 4:35.58, also the sixth-fastest time in school history.
Lacey Elliott, Lynchburg (So. - Sprints)
Elliott ran in both the 100m and 200m dashes at the Dr. Jack Toms Open. She placed second in the 100-dash with a time of 0:13.59. Her time of 0:28.28 in the 200-dash finished fourth.
