Seward, a sophomore from Ebony, Va., went ODAC record hunting despite just competing once at the Dr. Jack Toms Alumni Invitational hosted by the University of Lynchburg. Seward won the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.32 seconds. That time ranks #1 in the ODAC and sits third in NCAA Division III. It also eclipses her previous conference and school-record time of 14.43 seconds, which she established at last year's NCAA Championships.
