Seward, a sophomore from Ebony, Va., put together her second record-setting performance of the outdoor season at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic hosted by the University of Lynchburg. Seward reset her own ODAC record in the 100-meter hurdles for the second time this season. Her winning time of 14.26 seconds eclipses her previous standard of 14.32 seconds established at last month's Dr. Jack Toms Alumni Invitational. Her new time is a Lynchburg record, ranks #1 in the ODAC this year, and is currently slotted seventh in NCAA Division III. Seward also set a program record in the 200-meter dash with a third-place time of 25.06 seconds. That time is second in the ODAC and 25th in the country. Seward ran the anchor leg of the Hornets second place 4x100-meter relay team. She joined Elizabeth Wenger, Jessica Cammarata, and Vuronika Barnes in posting a time of 48.37 seconds. That ranks second in the ODAC and 24th in D3.
