ODAC Athletes of the Week | Cross Country

FOREST, Va. --- ODAC athletes competed in three different events over the past week with two of those featuring multiple distances for competition. In all cases, conference runners performed well with high finishes and several personal-best times.

This week's ODAC Runners of the Week are Roanoke's Chamberlain Zulauf and Shenandoah's Erin Atkinson.

Below are entries for both winners from today's cross country release. Most weeks this fall, the following schedule will be used for awards reporting:

  • Sundays: football
  • Mondays: field hockey, soccer, volleyball (basketball and swimming when they begin)
  • Tuesdays: cross country (indoor track when it begins)
  • Wednesdays: golf
