Clark, a sophomore from Nathalle, Va., went 4-for-9 in a two game sweep of Guilford College last week.  The shortstop notched a pair of hits in each game as she scored twice and drove in five runs while also smacking a trio of doubles.  She picked up two RBI and scored once in the first game.  She followed that up with a pair of doubles towards three runs batted in and another scored.  She was strong in the field as well, firing across 11 assists including eight in the second game of the twinbill.  For the season, Clark is batting .373 with four homers and a .745 slugging percentage, the latter two ranking fourth and sixth in the ODAC.

In Thursday?s set with rival Bridgewater, Crews helped preserve a tie game by throwing out BC speedster Kasey Anderson in the top of the seventh.  It was the first time in 21 attempts that anyone had throw out Anderson.  Then in the bottom of the inning, Crews came through with the game-winning walk-off single, sticking the ball right back up the middle to give EMU the 3-2 win.  For the week she batted .500, going 5-for-10.  For the season, Crews has thrown out half of the 10 runners trying to steal a base.

Cutright led Guilford with four singles in six at-bats in its ODAC twinbill with Roanoke? had a team-best two hits in both games.
